FAQ

What we do, and who it is for

Both practices, and the companies we work with

What does CapEvolve do?

CapEvolve is an operations transformation and startup advisory firm. It embeds with established companies to modernise how they operate, and with funded startups to prepare them for Series A. It implements, not just advises.

Who is Operations Transformation for?

CapEvolve's typical client is an established company turning over AED 40 million or more a year that still runs on manual processes while leaner, technology-led rivals take share. Turnover is a guide, not a gate.

Who is Startup Advisory for?

Funded or bootstrapped startups preparing for a Series A raise that need senior operating support without a full-time hire.

Where does CapEvolve work?

On site with clients across the UAE and the wider GCC. CapEvolve is commercially registered with twofour54 on Yas Island.

Can a factory modernise without stopping production?

Yes, if the roadmap is sequenced for it. In a ten-month CapEvolve programme with a UAE print and packaging manufacturer employing more than 400 people, the factory lost zero production days.

FAQ

How we differ, and how fees work

Management consultancy, business setup, fees and engagement length

How is CapEvolve different from a management consultancy?

CapEvolve does not hand over a report and leave. Its team works inside the client operation, a named project manager reports every week, and the team stays until the new way of working runs without them.

Does CapEvolve offer business setup or company formation?

No. CapEvolve does not provide company formation, licensing or visa services. It works with businesses that are already up and running.

How long does a CapEvolve engagement run?

Most CapEvolve engagements run six to nine months, and some run longer when the scope calls for it. Smaller, focused scopes can run three to four months.

How are CapEvolve fees structured?

A fixed professional fee for a defined scope. No equity, and nothing tied to capital raised. Where the work warrants it, payment follows milestones. If a project goes ahead after a paid assessment, the assessment fee is included in the total project fee.

Who delivers a CapEvolve engagement?

A named project manager leads every engagement, supported by consultants who work on site. Specialist partners, where needed, work under CapEvolve's contract, so the client deals with one accountable firm.

FAQ

Assessments and getting started

Floor and readiness assessments, equity and how to reach us

What is a floor assessment?

CapEvolve's paid first engagement with an established company, after an initial conversation: time spent inside the operation mapping every process as it really runs, to find where manual work costs margin and speed before any software is chosen. If the project goes ahead, the assessment fee is included in the total project fee.

What is a readiness assessment?

CapEvolve's paid first engagement with a funded startup, after an initial conversation: a review of financials, operations, team and unit economics the way Series A diligence will review them. If the project goes ahead, the assessment fee is included in the total project fee.

What is an operator-in-residence?

An experienced operator who embeds with a startup's leadership for a defined period to run or build part of the business, rather than advising from outside.

Does CapEvolve take equity in startups?

No. CapEvolve charges a fixed professional fee for a defined scope. It takes no equity and no success fee, and is never paid on capital raised.
