Operations Transformation

We stay until it runs without us.

For established companies, typically turning over AED 40 million or more a year, that still run on manual work while leaner rivals take share.

Operations Transformation: in detail

What took you 20 years to build, a rival with the right technology can now build in 2.

Your business grew through hard work, on traditional, manual ways of working with little automation, digitisation or technology-driven infrastructure. That is what got you here. Times have changed.

Sound familiar?

  • Key processes still run on manual work and memory.
  • Every decision still lands on your desk.
  • New rivals run on half your headcount.
  • Your last system project stalled.

Process first. Software second.

We work on the floor, not from a boardroom. Most failed system projects fail before a single setting is configured, because the software is asked to automate a business nobody has fully described. We describe it first.

What we do

Legacy system modernisation

From manual tracking to connected systems, without pausing operations.

Factory-floor digital transformation

We walk the floor first, then implement the ERP or WMS it needs.

Manual process automation

Approvals, requests and daily repeat work, automated and inspected.

Lean cost optimisation

Growth that no longer needs proportional hiring.

How a transformation runs

  1. Floor-level assessmentWe map every process as it runs and find where margin leaks.
  2. Sequenced roadmapA plan that never pauses production. Each phase pays back.
  3. Embedded implementationOur consultants work inside your offices, not from ours.
  4. Capability transferYour team owns the new model. When we leave, it stays.

Operations Transformation: why clients choose us

Why companies choose CapEvolve to transform their operations

A business that still runs on spreadsheets and manual handovers does not have a technology gap. It has a structural disadvantage, and leaner competitors are already using it against you. Closing it takes one team that understands the floor, the systems and the owner, all at once.

How we price

Value first. Price second.

As a value-driven business, we focus on projects where we can clearly demonstrate the tangible impact we bring to the table. Because our results speak for themselves, our clients easily recognise our worth and rarely nickel-and-dime us over pricing; instead, they are confident and fully willing to invest in the quality of our work.

Shop floor to server.

We walk your floor first and map where manual work causes delay and waste. We redesign the process before we choose any technology. Then we connect it to the systems that will run it, from ERP to WMS. One team, from the shop floor to the server.

Lean and digital, in one team

Fluent in process improvement and in the systems that support it, so nothing is lost between the two.

A case owners believe

We build the case for change in the language of owners who have run things their way for decades.

No production days lost

We have taken programmes through to completion without stopping operations for a single day.

Built for the next decades

Your business has lasted decades. We build the capability to run the next ones, not a dependency on us.

FAQ

Questions about Operations Transformation

All questions

What is a floor assessment?

CapEvolve's paid first engagement with an established company, after an initial conversation: time spent inside the operation mapping every process as it really runs, to find where manual work costs margin and speed before any software is chosen. If the project goes ahead, the assessment fee is included in the total project fee.

Can a factory modernise without stopping production?

Yes, if the roadmap is sequenced for it. In a ten-month CapEvolve programme with a UAE print and packaging manufacturer employing more than 400 people, the factory lost zero production days.

Who is Operations Transformation for?

CapEvolve's typical client is an established company turning over AED 40 million or more a year that still runs on manual processes while leaner, technology-led rivals take share. Turnover is a guide, not a gate.

How long does a CapEvolve engagement run?

Most CapEvolve engagements run six to nine months, and some run longer when the scope calls for it. Smaller, focused scopes can run three to four months.
